Brendon has also appeared as a guest expert on over a dozen shows on HGTV.  In 2014, Brendon wrote Next Generation Real Estate: New Rules for Smarter Home Buying & Faster Selling. Reporters seek out Brendon's advice on national real estate trends and information for consumers.

Brendon resides in Greenwich, CT.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Round Hill Association and is an Advisory Board Member for the Westchester Land Trust.  An active real estate investor himself, Brendon owns investment property nationally and internationally. He has bought, renovated, sold and rented dozens of properties over the years, always learning something new.
